The FOH Manager at Meadowlark is responsible for the scheduling, training, performance, morale and hiring of the floor staff. It is a salaried position with evening shifts that are basically 3pm – close, Tuesday thru Saturday, during which they oversee the dining room through dinner service. the FOH Manager is a person with lots of guest service knowledge, leadership, and empathy. --Front of House staff schedule each week
--Hiring, training, ongoing development, evaluations, discipline and decisions in collaboration with other managers
--Actively participates as a member of the management team
--Ensures compliance with all safety, sanitary, and operational standards, including company policies, governmental laws and ordinances.
--Responds to guest comments and suggestions in collaboration with other managers
--Sets excellent guest service, work ethic, and “helping out wherever needed” examples
--Demonstrates and instills knowledge of menu and details of preparation in both kitchen and bar
--Is self-reflective. Holds themself accountable first. Shows compassion, vulnerability, loyalty and transparency to the staff and fellow managers
--Minimum of 3 years busy, sit-down restaurant service experience required, FOH Restaurant management experience preferred
--Some wine knowledge
--Availability to work a flexible schedule if needed (days, nights, weekends)
--Basic computer proficiency preferred
--Salary Overtime Pay after 40 hours per week

P.M. Dishwasher / Prep Position
Tight-knit kitchen crew needs a fast-paced, strong, hardworking individual who can be on-time, bust it out and do so with a good attitude. Willingness to learn a must. You are super-reliable or don’t even bother applying. We are looking for a terrific person to join our team! Dish/Prep pays 13.00 to start, and goes up when you prove yourself. Schedule for this job is 3pm-10pm, Tuesday-Saturday.
