			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Panzanella is an Italian salad of  vegetables at their peak, tossed with herbs, cheese and cubes of bread. I can’t get enough of this kind of thing right now. DLM Grains of the Earth bread is cut and toasted lightly to order, then tossed while still warm with local tomatoes and basil, peppers, fennel, capers, white beans and a lively vinaigrette, then garnished with shaved Parmigiano Reggiano. The vegetables have flavor beyond any other time of year,  the bread is so good and soaks up just enough of the dressing to make you swoon, and you realize you are eating the exact rustic, fresh, seasonal thing at the exact right moment here in Dayton. How great is that?</p>
